Booking Information:

• Clients must provide their full name, phone number, and email address when booking an appointment. Incomplete or inaccurate booking information may result in the cancellation of the appointment.

Deposit:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking your appointment.
• The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment.
• Please email support@georginamarie.com to reschedule.

Late Arrival:

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, please note that arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time to accommodate other clients scheduled after you.
• Appointments will be cancelled 15 minutes after a no call, no show.

Children and Guests:

• To maintain a serene atmosphere for all our clients, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or additional guests unless they have a scheduled appointment.

Professional Conduct:

• Our staff is committed to providing you with exceptional service. We ask that you treat our team with respect and courtesy at all times.

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the client or customers failure to adhere to the terms and conditions, including but not limited to cancellation, rescheduling, or deposit transfer.
